Overview

As a Manager of Accounts Receivable at OCHIN, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing invoicing processes, ensuring accurate billing, and managing a team to provide exceptional service to our members.

• Oversee multiple invoicing types and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain knowledge of OCHIN’s Pricebook and monitor for updates.
• Manage payment posting with proper internal controls.
• Provide standard reporting to leadership on collection plans.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Guide departments to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Manage team workflow and best practices.
• Lead AR month-end close and revenue accrual process.
• Collaborate with other teams for smooth workflows.
• Coach and develop team members for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an accounting environment.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience with escalated customer inquiries is required.
• Credit and collections experience required.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with NetSuite is highly desired.
