Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for customer success and going above and beyond.
  • Diplomatic and tactful when handling customer issues.
