Overview

The Manager, Enterprise Customer Success will lead the team to ensure that Samsara’s Enterprise customers in the US adopt solutions and continuously derive value from products, enhancing customer satisfaction and outcomes.

  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a senior Customer Success or account management role.
  • 3+ years in a people management position.
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
  • Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven with a strong track record of mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
