Overview

As a Manager of Software Engineering for the Mobile Platform at Samsara, you will lead mobile engineering teams to enhance the Connected Operations™ Cloud platform through innovative mobile solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mobile engineering (Android/iOS).
• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep experience in at least one native stack (Android or iOS).
• Strong understanding of cross-platform tradeoffs.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD systems.
• Proven track record in leading platform modernization initiatives.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High technical bar and strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to mentor engineers and improve their skills.
• Experience in IoT or real-time systems is a plus.
