In Short

  • Manage relationships with top customers post-implementation.
  • Advise on customizing Samsara solutions for unique fleet challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
  • Travel to customer sites in Germany, The Netherlands, and the UK (up to 20%).
  • Compose success plans with customers outlining objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct workshops to recommend workflow changes.
  • Mentor Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Fluency in German required.
  • 4+ years in Customer Success or account management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in senior Customer Success or account management roles.
  • Experience with technical products and enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory.
