Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, and analytics, preferably in post-Sales.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in operations and analytics.
• Experience building leadership talent and driving organizational performance.
• Proven success in managing operating cadences and performance goals.
• Experience in data and analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Understanding of workforce planning and capacity modeling.
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
