Overview

The Senior Manager, Solution Engineering for the Public Sector at MuleSoft is responsible for leading a team that drives digital transformation and integration solutions for State, Local, NGO, and Education sectors.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the SLED+NGO sector.
• 10+ years of technical expertise in integration and APIs.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting environment.
• Agile and organized with time management skills.
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Prior Solution Engineering leadership experience is a plus.
• Relevant industry certifications are a bonus.
