The Senior Manager of Solution Engineering at RapidScale will lead a team of Senior Solutions Architects specializing in public cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives while fostering team development.

Requirements

• BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT/cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading pre-sales or technical solution teams.
• Experience with public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication skills for C-level engagement.
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborative leader with a change agent mindset.
• Ability to influence executive and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven success in complex infrastructure architecture efforts.
