• Lead and develop the catalog and content engineering teams, driving alignment with product strategy and goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and leading software engineering teams to success.
• A track record of building and scaling customer-facing SaaS products, preferably in the martech or B2B space.
• A strong product mindset, and a passion for solving real customer problems with elegant technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical execution with strategic goals and collaborate across time zones.
• A growth mindset, humility, and a desire to build and learn in a fast-paced environment.
