In Short

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships.
  • Work with executive management level clients in business and IT.
  • Understand how technology transforms Customer Experience.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing function for demand generation.
  • 5+ years experience in new business sales, preferably in IT.
  • Strong skills in Solution Selling and Co-creation.
  • Build mutual relationships with clients.
  • Experience with technology partners like Avaya and Google.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Manage lengthy and multidimensional sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a new business sales role, preferably in IT.
  • Good understanding of the Customer Experience market.
  • Solution Selling and Co-creation skills.
  • Ability to work with Marketing on lead generation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with business and IT contacts.
  • Familiarity with technology partners.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes.
