Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our network efforts, being in charge of acquiring and nurturing both advertisers and affiliates across various verticals such as Lead Generation, VOD, mobile subscriptions and apps among others.

In Short

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to identify, engage and secure new partners across diverse verticals.
  • Develop and execute a robust pipeline that aligns with our company’s objectives.
  • Expand our client database by acquiring new advertisers and affiliates.
  • Drive the end-to-end business development process, from identifying opportunities to leading negotiations and closing deals.
  • Manage CRM systems activities, including leads processing and management.
  • Leverage internal data and analytics tools to monitor performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) meticulously.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • English proficiency is a must.
  • 4+ years of prior experience in Business Development, Sales and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of various traffic types, flows and business models.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze data, performance metrics and market research.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and tracking software systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
