As a Senior Sales Manager in the Food & Beverage sector, you will leverage your extensive experience to drive commercial success while managing technical innovations.

  • Comprehensive commercial and technical support for your industry, countries, clients, and sales partners.
  • Implementation of sales strategy and achievement of targets in your market area.
  • Active acquisition of demanding new customers and qualified sales partners.
  • Building and maintaining sustainable, strategic customer relationships, especially with key accounts.
  • Analysis of market and customer needs and deriving measures in close collaboration with product management.
  • Identification of new revenue and profit potentials including the development of initial basic strategies.

Requirements

  • Completed education at the university level.
  • 10 to 20 years of sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry, ideally in packaging or special machine construction.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build robust networks.
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and decisiveness.
  • Strategic thinking combined with cost and responsibility awareness.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing change processes.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level), additional languages are an advantage.
