Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of packaging machinery in the Food & Beverage industry, leveraging technical expertise and strategic insight.

In Short

  • Responsible for commercial and technical support for markets, customers, and sales partners.
  • Implement sales strategy and achieve targets in assigned territories.
  • Actively acquire new customers and qualified sales partners.
  • Build and maintain successful business relationships.
  • Analyze market and customer needs and derive strategic actions in collaboration with product management.
  • Support the development of our product portfolio through trend analysis and networking.

Requirements

  • Completed education at the university or FH level.
  • 5–10 years of sales experience as a Sales Manager in the Food & Beverage market.
  • Solid knowledge in the packaging industry and/or special machine construction.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build sustainable relationships and networks.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong cost and responsibility awareness as well as decisiveness.
  • Experience in actively implementing improvement processes.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
  • Fluent in English (at least C1 level), other languages are a plus.
