Marketing Manager (80-100%) - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping the marketing presence of an internationally active company, from strategy development to implementation.

In Short

• Operational responsibility for all marketing activities from strategy development to execution
• Planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, and communication measures
• Management of the entire web presence including content creation and maintenance (CMS Neos)
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence according to corporate identity
• Digital market and competitive analysis including SEO, SEM, and social media performance
• Development of product launch strategies in close collaboration with product management and management
• Creation and editing of digital and graphic content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools

Requirements

• Higher education in marketing (HF/FH)
• Several years of professional experience in marketing and communication, especially in content management
• Agency experience or strong project management skills
• Creativity and innovation ability to recognize and implement trends
• Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Experience in internal and external communication (e.g., articles, press releases, project communication)
• Proficient in common marketing tools (Neos CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
