• You’ll design systems, teams, and processes for clinical data annotation.
• Work with and lead internal and external partners to create scalable annotation pipelines.

• 3+ years of experience in data annotation or labeling operations required.
• Experience in managing data annotation teams is essential.
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Hex and SQL is preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related professional experience in data annotation operations.
• Experience building data annotation processes from scratch.
• 2+ years of experience leading data annotation teams.
• Knowledge of quality scoring frameworks and QA loop design.
• Psychology training is a plus.
