Clinical & Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Clinical & Operations Manager will develop and manage the Lyra Israel Work Force Mental Health Operations, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with global standards.

In Short

• Manage development and implementation of clinical operations.
• Recruit and manage operational team staff.
• Support global customer services for WFMH customers.
• Develop a customized affiliate network throughout Israel.
• Ensure clinical services align with global standards and SLAs.
• Work with governance manager to uphold clinical standards.
• Develop governance, training, clinical protocols, and manuals.
• Maintain relationships with local clinical partners.
• Analyze operational functioning and provide management reports.

Requirements

• Relevant clinical qualification (preferably a qualified Psychologist).
• Registration with local medical/psychological councils.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in EAP operations.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in the EAP field.
• Excellent knowledge of telephony and online clinical systems.
• Ability to manage and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Strong operational management skills, including resource planning.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Computer literacy with case management and telephony/chat systems.
• Ability to develop training documents and facilitate clinical training.
