In Short

  • Hiring a Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager for B2B growth.
  • Transform high-level goals into actionable plans and insights.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations.
  • Build dashboards and analyze funnel performance.
  • Focus on forecasting revenue growth.
  • Engage in hands-on analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to planning cadences and business reviews.
  • Support data hygiene and process issues in Salesforce CRM.
  • Drive measurable improvements in GTM motion.
  • Work in a 100% remote environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Strategy roles.
  • Experience with sales or pipeline reporting in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong spreadsheet fluency and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Support forecasting and planning processes.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive improvements.
