As our Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager, you'll be the vital strategic hub for our entire Go-to-Market organization.

In Short

• Develop and maintain global GTM capacity models
• Design and manage quota-setting frameworks
• Own territory planning frameworks
• Lead strategic scenario planning
• Build and maintain standardized planning tools
• Collaborate with regional RevOps teams
• Define, standardize, and maintain core GTM performance metrics
• Partner with BI to develop dashboards and reporting
• Ensure data governance across all regions
• Create executive-level summaries for business reviews

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytical roles within SaaS or technology
• Experience in developing complex models for resource allocation
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with CRM data structures and BI tools
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills
