Overview

The Manager of Strategic Planning will play a pivotal role in architecting and fortifying robust processes that elevate prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making within the strategic landscape of our Medicare Advantage business.

In Short

• Build and strengthen processes that improve prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making in Medicare Advantage.
• Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, Actuarial, Product, and Operational teams.
• Develop financial and other analyses to illuminate efficacy and efficiency of initiatives.
• Lead buy/build/partner strategy and execution in health plan operations.
• Communicate outcomes and key decision points to stakeholders and executives.
• Manage multiple projects and drive assigned tasks forward.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce high-quality work.

• Must have 8+ years experience in finance, strategy, or related fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or related function.
• 4+ years experience in healthcare.
• Strong quantitative and analytic modeling skills.
• Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around prioritization.
• Self-starter with demonstrated success managing multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Collaborative team player.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
