The Workday Systems Manager is a pivotal role that serves as a key SME on the HR Technology team, connecting HR Centers of Excellence with the HR Talent Technology team, and managing Workday configurations to achieve strategic HR objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proven experience in Workday and PeopleSoft.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements to technical language.
  • Experience in HR subject areas such as Performance, Talent, Compensation.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in Workday system configuration.
  • Strong prioritization and customer-service orientation.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to handle complex situations.
