Manager, Workday HCM Systems - Remote

Overview

As Manager HCM Systems at Visa, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring its functionality and security across a global organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 3+ years’ experience with Workday HCM configurations.
• Experience with Workday EIBs and advanced reports.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Workday Pro Certification(s) preferred.
