Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager, Workday to take ownership of our Workday platform and serve as key lead in projects related to People Technology. You will be the driving force behind maximizing the value of Workday, optimizing our People Technology ecosystem, and enabling seamless people operations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by building a product strategy that delivers both technical excellence and an outstanding user experience for Dropboxers around the globe.

In Short

  • Lead end-to-end Workday projects, including implementation, enhancements, and process improvements across all active modules.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to understand business needs.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user feedback.
  • Drive innovation within Workday, exploring new functionalities and integrations.
  • Manage design, implementation, delivery, and support of integration projects.
  • Create, maintain, and process standard and custom ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Work to resolve issues, system troubleshooting, and manage severity assignments.
  • Keep up with market trends and investigate methods of improving automation.
  • Build and develop the Workday team by fostering a product-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years expert level experience in Workday tools and technologies.
  • Workday module certifications preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis within Workday.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Deep knowledge of People processes and best practices.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
