Workday HCM Manager - Remote

Overview

The Workday HCM Manager will be responsible for participating in Workday implementation, leading ongoing enhancements and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

• Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders for effective Workday solutions.
• Manage ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Workday HCM system.
• Conduct regular system audits and data validation.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
• Stay current with Workday releases and recommend system upgrades.
• May lead and mentor a team of Workday HCM analysts.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Workday HCM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Proven experience leading Workday HCM projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Workday certification(s) in HCM preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences sectors is a plus.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
