Workday Team Manager - Remote

Overview

The Workday Team Manager at Wealth Enhancement will lead the responsibilities of various areas within the Workday system, ensuring alignment with business partners and providing strategic planning.

In Short

• Overall ownership for design, deployment, and maintenance of Workday HCM and/or Finance system.
• Design and develop roadmaps for Workday in partnership with Core Enterprise Product Owner.
• Engage in Operating Models discussions and propose Workday-oriented solutions.
• Lead Change Control Board across businesses and IT.
• Serve as a consultative partner to business and functional leaders.
• Joint accountability for data governance and compliance.
• Create and present executive-level reporting on Workday initiatives.
• Lead and coach the Workday team.
• Support special projects and lead ticketing system development.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance information system management.
• 4+ years of Workday experience or training preferred.
• 4+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience.
• People Leadership experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Experience working on Agile initiatives.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Agility in decision making and planning.
• Ability to travel 0-5%.
