Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst will serve as the key resource in Advisor Compensation, focusing on building and maintaining reporting and analyzing key metric results. This role involves pulling data from various sources, maintaining existing reports, and providing new ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• 3 years of data analysis experience in the financial services industry
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with statistical/predictive modeling preferred
• Competent verbal and written communication skills
• Past Salesforce use preferred
