Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst position at Ameresco involves supporting the implementation and delivery of the AssetPlanner® software suite through data entry, analysis, software configuration, client support, and training.

In Short

• Support the implementation of AssetPlanner® software.
• Enter and analyze data related to building structures.
• Respond to client requests for data updates and support.
• Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather data.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of data.
• Assist in developing client-facing reports and presentations.
• Support software implementation and client onboarding.
• Participate in software testing and report bugs.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure high-quality data and effective software use.

Requirements

• College Degree; Engineering degree/certification is a plus.
• Experience in an analyst role.
• Background in facilities management or engineering is an asset.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with asset management software is an asset.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
