Overview

Ameresco has an immediate opening for Assistant Project Manager. The role involves assisting with project management tasks, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

In Short

• Assist with the development of common systems and processes.
• Provide accounting and reporting of project costs.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and estimates.
• Work with the Project Manager to set up job structure.
• Assist in job hand off from estimating to field project supervision.
• Travel to project(s) on a regular basis.
• Provide weekly updates on project progress.
• Assist with the quotation of change orders.
• Ensure project has adequate resources to maintain schedule.
• Interact with customers to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Construction Management, or Business administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role.
• Good organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
