Assistant Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Project Manager provides support to the Advanced Engineering team involved in the planning, monitoring and delivery of multidisciplinary entertainment technology and engineering projects throughout their lifecycles.

In Short

• Create, assemble and maintain project management documents.
• Own and manage assigned portions of scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate communication and alignment of strategy with stakeholders.
• Complete routine transactional and administrative duties.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite activities with external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong inter-personal skills.
