Overview

The Data Analyst (MIS) plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development across the Company. The role enables management decision-making by analyzing data, preparing accurate reports, designing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights, while contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting and MIS processes.

• Design, build, and maintain MIS Dashboard and executive dashboards.
• Translate business KPIs into clear, visual, and actionable dashboards.
• Analyze large datasets from multiple systems.
• Perform data reconciliation, trend analysis, and variance analysis.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to management.
• Support the transition from manual reports to automated dashboards.
• Maintain and validate data in existing databases and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with AI Tools Specialist for AI-powered reporting.
• Manage enterprise-wide reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in enterprise reporting and dashboard development.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with BI tools like Yellowfin is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-enabled reporting or automation is advantageous.
