Socienta is looking for a highly skilled and versatile Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support across executive, HR, and operational functions. This mixed-role position goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring leadership in HR processes, operational initiatives, and executive-level support.

In Short

• Serve as the CEO’s right hand, managing schedules, meetings, and priorities
• Represent the CEO in meetings, providing summaries and following up on action items
• Draft, proofread, and manage communications, reports, and presentations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in performance management, HR policies, and employee relations
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
• Negotiate agreements and contracts with vendors and partners
• Streamline workflows and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and reporting
• Timely completion of executive, HR, and operational projects
