Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in English for global communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in scheduling and coordination of meetings and travel.
  • Familiarity with expense management tools.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Experience in presentation deck creation.
  • Proactive follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
  • Interest in operations-focused roles.
