Overview

The Data Team at Bird is an integral component of every facet of the business from strategic initiatives to tactical effectiveness, and is a key resource in developing Bird's product and procedures. As a Data Analyst you will support the product team in their pursuit to make the cities we operate in more liveable, sustainable, and efficient.

In Short

• Leverage experience and skills to understand user interactions with products.
• Partner with Product to define and analyze success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science for experiments.
• Design data strategy and synthesize results from tests.
• Create dashboards to communicate business and product performance.
• Influence product teams with data-based recommendations.
• Write ETLs for internal data usability.
• Conduct modeling and analytics on large data volumes.
• Champion the analytics process.
• Educate stakeholders on data insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Highly proficient in SQL.
• Fluency in R or Python for data manipulation.
• 3+ years of data-driven decision-making experience.
