Overview

As a Manager, People Systems at Recorded Future, you will oversee the administration and continuous development of Workday, ensuring system growth and scalability while providing support to the People team.

In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support.
• Partner with the People Team for enhancements and maintenance of Workday modules.
• Project manage Phase X implementations and upgrades.
• Provide regular Workday support through auditing and custom reports.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams on process scaling.
• Create and maintain Workday job aids for the business.
• Manage a team of Workday contractors, including approval of hours and renewals.
• Own vendor relationships and manage procurement processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday administration.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Passionate about systems and processes enhancement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gsuite.
