Overview

The Account Specialist for Healthcare Focus at RRD will coordinate the production of client materials and maintain positive customer relations through active engagement throughout the manufacturing process.

• Prepare paperwork for billing purposes.
• May mentor junior staff or work on special projects.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of functional areas related to the job.
• Advanced knowledge of technology and software programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
