In Short

  • Lead, develop, and implement major HR compliance programs, processes, and initiatives
  • Develop the framework for tracking compliance programs, and maintain internal controls and policies designed to ensure organizational compliance needs are met
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and periodic audits of HR processes, practices, and policies; and develop remediation plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with Robinhood Markets and Subsidiary Compliance teams to ensure programs align with the overall Robinhood compliance framework
  • Shape and scale the global People compliance function at Robinhood
  • Research, develop, and evaluate HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Finance, including Internal Audit and Risk
  • Manage external counsel and regional experts as needed
  • Drive strategy and execution of global compliance programs
  • Enhance the Hoodie experience while ensuring compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of proven experience in the Regulatory, Compliance or Legal field within an HR team
  • Exceptional program and project management experience
  • Deep knowledge of federal, state, local, and global HR laws, regulations, best practices, and data privacy requirements
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks
