In Short

• Provide operational support to the Compliance department.
• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Work closely with the Chief AML Compliance Officer.
• Manage the Compliance Diary and schedule mandatory regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate compliance-related meetings and keep minutes.
• Draft training materials and coordinate training requirements.
• Conduct research into compliance laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory websites and maintain a tracker of changes.
• Draft reports and presentations for compliance matters.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in research, report, and policy writing.
• Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
• Understanding of risk assessment concepts.
• Interest in blockchain technology and financial inclusion.
• Understanding of Bitcoin and stablecoins is an advantage.
• Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
