The Partner Manager at RobCo will play a crucial role in building and scaling the partner network in Germany, focusing on strategic business development, partner enablement, and holistic partner management.

  • Build and scale a multi-tier partner network to drive revenue growth in Germany.
  • Onboard, train, and enable partners to market and implement RobCo solutions.
  • Manage partner and end-customer projects through all sales cycle phases.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner programs.
  • Represent RobCo at industry events and workshops.
  • Gather partner and customer feedback for product and partner development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in multi-tier B2B sales or channel management, preferably in robotics or SaaS.
  • Proven success in building partner networks and developing relationships.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level decision-makers.
  • Independent and structured working style with strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to communicate technical automation solutions effectively.
  • University degree in business, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
