Ecosystem Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Ecosystem Engineer at Ritual, you will be at the forefront of emerging AI and blockchain technologies, building compelling proof-of-concepts that showcase Ritual's capabilities.

In Short

• Drive and own ecosystem growth experiments to optimize developer onboarding and product adoption
• Track and deeply understand emerging technologies at the intersection of AI and blockchain
• Build exciting proof-of-concepts that demonstrate Ritual's capabilities
• Rapidly prototype and validate new integration patterns
• Create reference implementations for developers
• Drive technical partnerships with demos
• Develop sample applications and tutorials
• Maintain a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem's needs
• Create technical content to educate developers

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation with expertise in TypeScript and/or Python
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and validate new technologies
• Deep understanding of the AI + blockchain ecosystem
• Experience with autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract development
• Proficiency with web3 development tools and libraries
• Strong product intuition and ability to identify compelling use cases
• Experience building and shipping user-facing products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively
