In Short

• Hybrid position working out of Richmond office and remotely.
• Coordinate with internal resources for project completion.
• Manage installation and service tickets.
• Work on various scale projects requiring time management.
• Support customers across different time zones.
• Programming of security systems including AMAG, CCURE 9000, etc.
• Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years in Access Control and Video Surveillance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ technical experience in Access Control, Video Surveillance and Network Design.
• Experience in security system design for various environments.
• Hands-on experience with security manufacturers.
• Experience with Windows Server configuration.
• Team oriented with strong communication skills.
