Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will deliver strategic technical guidance and executional support to enterprise and strategic clients throughout their journey with Rithum. You will serve as the technical complement to the Client Success Manager (CSM), working in close partnership to align technical solutions to business objectives, ensure seamless channel implementation, and drive long-term success through platform optimization and scalable technical strategies. This role requires strong project management capabilities, deep product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with both client and internal technical stakeholders.

In Short

  • Serve as a consistent weekly touchpoint for the client, managing day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
  • Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies.
  • Drive tactical execution strategies across the Rithum platform.
  • Conduct technical reviews, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients.
  • Own the resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Bridge communication between client technical teams and Rithum’s internal teams.
  • Support technical roadmap planning and feature adoption.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical account management or related fields.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise clients with technical onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of channel requirements and data mapping.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
