Overview

Everbridge is a rapidly growing US company expanding internationally. We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support large clients with critical life safety, security or business continuity use cases.

In Short

  • Support large clients with critical life safety and security use cases.
  • Provide project management support and technical consultancy.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer within Everbridge.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences through effective management.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and business reviews.
  • Develop training sessions and educational programs.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Provide Critical Event Management support.
  • Produce technical documentation based on customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report on project status and innovations.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical account management or customer success.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, Asana, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in training and developing customer education programs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Technical expertise in emergency management and security technology.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and governance models.
  • Ability to maintain detailed project plans and KPIs.
