Overview

As a Product Manager at Revinate, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our products, collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions for the hospitality industry.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain understanding of hospitality communication needs and market trends.
  • Create product specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Drive product adoption and analyze usage metrics.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from research to market delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams for timely delivery of features.
  • Make tradeoffs to optimize product delivery and customer needs.
  • Leverage customer feedback to prioritize feature development.
  • Distill requirements into key differentiators for customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with consulting or banking background.
  • Experience in telephony and contact center preferred.
  • Strong technical background and understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented problem solver.
  • Proven track record in project commitments.
  • Strong user experience and product sense.
