We’re looking for an experienced sales manager - specializing in CRM sales - to oversee a team focused on driving the success of monday.com's CRM product!

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales management

  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle management & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • BA and/or MBA preferred
