In Short

  • Responsible for identifying, prospecting, closing, and growing mid-market and Enterprise hotel accounts.
  • Create a business plan for success in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct research into potential new clients for effective sales strategies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and emails.
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Attend events and trade shows to network and promote Revinate.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet quotas.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Account Team for a premium customer experience.
  • Fluent in German and English is required.
  • 2-5 years of Hospitality Tech Sales experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
  • Heavy prospecting experience and history of overachieving quotas.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, CRM, and marketing topics.
  • Experience in executing complex sales cycles with key decision makers.
  • Formal sales training in methodologies like MEDDICC or Solution Selling.
  • Strong team player and individual contributor.
  • High ethics, integrity, and humility.
  • Ability to sell SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to articulate customer value propositions.
