As a Senior Sales Engineer at RevenueCat, you will provide technical guidance and support to developers looking to monetize their apps using our platform. You will be responsible for conducting demos, creating content, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure customer success.

  • Create scalable content to assist developers in evaluating RevenueCat.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor trial accounts and proactively reach out to prospects.
  • Write code snippets and proofs of concept as needed.
  • Maintain demo environments and technical FAQs.
  • Gather feedback from prospects to improve products.
  • Mentor new Sales Engineers and contribute to the enablement library.
  • Help developers ship faster by translating technical concepts into business value.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Fluency with mobile stacks and programming languages like Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project management skills in a remote environment.
  • Bias toward shipping and delivering solutions quickly.
