• Develop and execute a business development plan targeting federal law enforcement agencies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with organizational goals.
• Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for federal contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals.
• Monitor trends, opportunities, and changes in federal procurement processes.
• Stay informed about competitors, emerging technologies, and client needs.
• Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in federal law enforcement or government contracting.
• Proven track record of winning federal contracts and building long-term client relationships.
• Deep understanding of federal law enforcement operations and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence high-level decision-makers.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
