Overview

The Sales Capture / Proposal Manager will support the delivery of best-in-class proposals to various public sector entities, collaborating with teams to develop innovative responses and manage the proposal process.

In Short

  • Manage all details of the proposal process and workflow.
  • Develop and execute proposal response plans.
  • Contribute to proposal response requirements and compliance.
  • Manage multiple proposal workstreams with competing deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain a content library for proposal materials.
  • Develop new content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Act as a technical editor for proposal documents.
  • Gather, format, and compose proposal drafts.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in proposal management.
  • Stay updated on proposal best practices and market trends.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree.
  • 3+ years of proposal management experience.
  • Excellent writing skills with technical and analytical experience.
  • Proposal management or sales training preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines.
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications.
  • Customer-focused and self-motivated.
  • Experience with large data sets and CRMs.
  • Moderate to advanced skill in Excel.
