Aperia Solutions is seeking a Proposal & Capture Manager to support its Government, Defense & Security team, focusing on proposal development and project management to win new business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in proposal and capture initiatives.
• Excellent writing skills for generating large documents.
• Experience with the government solicitation process.
• Aptitude for building processes where none exist.
• Ability to articulate information and understand business needs.
• Comfort working with diverse organizational disciplines.
• Technical writing certification(s) preferred.
• Experience in crafting proposal content for technology solutions.
• US Citizenship required.
