Overview

Aperia Solutions is seeking a SAFe-focused Product Manager of Investigative Products to support our Government, Defense & Security (GDS) team, responsible for defining and executing product strategy within the government sector.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a GDS product roadmap.
• Lead product management efforts using agile methodologies.
• Engage with government stakeholders for product requirements.
• Deliver tailored presentations to government clients.
• Represent Aperia at industry events.
• Lead Partnership Programs and pre-sales Solutions Engineering.
• Support Marketing with strategic messaging insights.
• Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects using agile and SAFe practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management using agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with insider threat and investigative analysis solutions.
• Deep understanding of industry solutions and technologies.
• Proficiency in business operations tools.
• 15+ years of experience in law enforcement or intelligence organizations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Criminal Justice degree or certification preferred.
• Experience crafting marketing messages for government use cases.
