Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing responses to RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s, and SOW’s under the direction of the Chief Growth Officer. This role involves developing responses, facilitating proposal review processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Manage proposal development processes to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of proposal coordination or management experience in the Federal sector.
• Experience supporting proposals within the Intelligence Community or federal agencies.
• Familiarity with federal procurement regulations (FAR, DFARS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with proposal management tools like Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
